Dr. Terrazas currently is in private practice performing occupational medicine consulting services as President of Integral Consulting Occupational Medicine and serving as a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California. Prior clinical and administrative positions have included Department Physician for the San Francisco Fire Department, and medical directorships for regional and national occupational health clinics. He is board-certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and obtained a Master of Public Health degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his occupational medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Preliminary Surgery residency at the University of California San Francisco. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors for La Clinica de la Raza, northern California's largest Federally Qualified Health Center which provides greater-than 25,000 patient visits per month.
