Dr. Rahmat Balogun is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at University of California San Francisco (UCSF) in the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and serves as Medical Director for Occupational Health Services.
Her interest in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Anti-Racist work is rooted in her experiences as a woman of color in the field of medicine and higher education. This has led her to explore and implement tools within her practice that addresses some of these issues as well as help others better relate to varied lived experiences.
She received her Medical Degree at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed clinical training in Internal Medicine, Occupational and Environmental Medicine and Integrative Medicine.
