JEDI Award

This award is to be presented preferentially to a current or former WOEMA member who has given their time and effort to advance the principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, an organization, the environment, or the community. The board must be informed of the selected recipient of this award no later than the mid-year board meeting of the year and the award must be approved by the board.  This award will be presented only if and when a qualified candidate is identified; it is not required to be awarded annually.
