WOHC 2025 Evaluations

INSTRUCTIONS:

To qualify for credit for WOHC 2025, you must complete the session evaluation for each session you attend:

  • From your browser, go to the WOEMA Website – https://woema.org and click the “2025 Evaluations” button at the top of the home page.  You will be directed to the WOHC 2025 Evaluation Page.
  • Log in using the GRAY login button.Log in with the following:
    • USERNAME:  use the email address you used to register for the conference
    • PASSWORD: WOHC2025SLC! (all caps).
  • Scroll down to the appropriate session to complete the brief session evaluation. Your credit will be automatically awarded. (NOTE:  Evaluations will not be open until the conclusion of each session.)
  • At the end of the conference, complete the Overall Conference Evaluation and Claim for Credit.  You will then be able to download your certificate.  We will also email a copy of your certificate(s) to the registered email address as a backup.

PLEASE do not claim credit for a session you didn't attend or weren't registered to attend.  Evaluations will be available at the scheduled end of each session.
