Payments by check must be postmarked by July 9, 2023 to qualify for Early Bird Pricing. 

After July 9, payment by check must be received by August 21, 2023 to guarantee access to the conference.

WOEMA cannot guarantee access to the 2023 WOHC Conference if our office does not receive your check payments by end of day, August 21.

Registration must be paid in full to secure a place in sessions with capped seating (Site Visits, Post-Graduate Sessions).
