Dr. Krystal Lin, MD, MSPH is a board-certified occupational and environmental medicine physician who serves as Assistant VP and Medical Director at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies (BHHC). She founded and led the Medical Excellence department, overseeing clinical operations and medical quality nationwide while pioneering care models that put injured workers’ recovery first.

She believes exceptional care is not only the right thing to do but also the smartest business strategy—driving better outcomes for workers, employers, and insurers alike.

Dr. Lin is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine, where she earned her MD with Distinction in Research, and of UCSF’s Occupational and Environmental Medicine residency program. In addition to her work at BHHC, she co-founded Mozibox, a physician-led AI platform advancing leadership and nonclinical careers for physicians.
