Physician leadership is important in leading a strong team that care for the patients as well as care for the healthcare workforce. Compared to the past, there are more women physicians though there is still a gap in women and men physicians in leadership roles. Women physicians, in particular, women physician leaders face challenges at the workplace that may impede their continued growth and success. The webinar will enhance understanding of such challenges and also how to leverage that understanding to lead more effectively with confidence and grace. We will learn pearls of wisdom through this webinar of 3 trailblazing Women in WOEMA.
