DESCRIPTION:
Delivering high quality medical care while also appropriately addressing functional work status are essential components to achieve optimal outcomes for injured workers. Delivering quality within the WC system may seem elusive but is achievable. Four experienced physicians will discuss important factors that constitute quality care, ways to measure and ensure quality, and what it means to be a high-quality medical care provider. The panel presentation will include different perspectives on medical care quality and use didactics and discussion, to promote a common understanding of medical care quality.
